I've been practising mindfulness for 20 years and can safely say it has radically changed my life for the better. So much so that I trained in 2019-2021 to become a fully accredited mindfulness teacher.
As well as delivering the recognised 8 week courses in Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress I am also fascinated by the crossover between Mindfulness and Creativity and exploring new ways to bring both together.
